Lost your residence card (ARC)?
외국인등록증을 잃어버렸을 때
Get a new card at the immigration office for your address. Book a visit on HiKorea first. Bring your passport, the application form, something explaining how you lost it, 1 photo (if your last one is over 6 months old) and the fee. HiKorea says to apply within 15 days of the reason arising. Your card is used for bank and phone verification, so don't wait, and tell your bank and phone carrier if you worry someone might misuse it. If unsure, call 1345.
주소지를 관할하는 출입국·외국인관서에서 재발급을 받아요. 하이코리아에서 방문 예약을 하고 가세요. 준비물: 여권, 신청서, 잃어버린 사정을 설명하는 자료, 사진 1장(전 사진이 6개월 넘었으면), 수수료. 하이코리아는 사유가 생긴 날부터 15일 안에 신청하라고 안내해요. 등록증으로 은행·휴대폰 본인인증을 하니 미루지 말고, 다른 사람이 쓸까 걱정되면 은행과 통신사에도 알려 두세요. 확실하지 않으면 1345에 물어보세요.
