Within 90 days from your entry date, if you stay longer than 90 days. Book a visit at your local immigration office on HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr > Reservation). Usually you bring your passport, a photo, proof of address (e.g. lease) and the documents for your visa type. Not registering can lead to a fine.
